WHAT'S A CEILIDH?

A Ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) is the Celtic word for a party, with music, dancing and general merry making.
  When
The Little Band play for a Ceilidh, we like to get everyone up on the floor dancing and enjoying themselves.  We work with a dance caller,  who will explain all the dances to you, so don't worry if you've never done anything like this before.  Finally, there is only one rule about Ceilidhs, you must have fun!

HOW DO I BOOK THE LITTLE BAND?

Booking the band is very simple.  Contact us, using one of the methods below.  Providing we are free when you want us, (booking early is always recommended) we will try to agree a suitable fee.  We are very competitively priced.  Our fees are based partially on travelling distance.  If you are a school, charity or fund raising event, you may qualify for a special fee reduction.  Once a fee has been agreed, we will dispatch a contract to you within a few days.
We usually work with our own P.A. system which adds clarity and balance to the music, without excessive volume.  We are always sensitive to our customers' needs and our flexibility allows us to cater for most people's needs.  Don't worry if you live outside our normal operating area. We will consider bookings anywhere in the world  if the price is right!
